All ads must meet the following guidelines:
- All images must be in JPEG format.
- All images must have a burst or "click here" icon button (can be anywhere on banner; best location is bottom middle of banner).
- Resolution cannot be more than 100 dpi.
- The format must be (RGB).
- A $150.00 layout fee will be charged for all ads that do not meet specifications.
- A $250.00 design fee will be charged if TAAP designs your ad.
- After an order to advertise on the website is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
- A $100.00 fee will be charged to correct an ad after it has been placed, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Ads must be paid for at time of order. We accept all major credit cards (a processing fee may apply).

Indemnification
In consideration of publication of an advertisement, the advertiser and agency will
indemnify and hold harmless Hope for Life International, Inc. and The African American
Pulpit, its officers, agents, and employees against expenses (including legal fees)
and losses resulting from publication of the content of an advertisement, including
without limitation, claims or suits for libel, violation of right or privacy, copyright
infringement, or plagiarism. |
